Late Cancellations

We understand that sometimes life can be unpredictable. If, for whatever reason, you have to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please inform us at least 24 hours prior (or, if the booking was made on the same day – at least 3 hours prior). Appointments cancelled without a notice will incur a fee of 50% of the booking. Thank you for understanding.   

Late Arrivals

We greatly appreciate our clients being on time, as only then we can provide all of our guests with the quality of service we are committed to. However, we understand that unforeseen incidents occur and therefore, we ask our clients to let us know as soon as possible if they are going to be late. The service may need to be adjusted to fit a shorter time frame. Clients arriving more than 20   minutes late will forfeit the original appointment and will need to reschedule. Two or more cases of late arrivals will result in a £10 fee added to the bill.    

No-Shows

We believe in mutual respect and therefore ask our customers to always inform us about any emergencies that withhold them from arriving for their visit. If you miss your appointment without giving notice, you will be imposed with a fee valued at 50% of the entire cost of the missed service. More than two cases of missed appointments will result in being banned from our salon.    

Service Guarantees

Our clients’ satisfaction is the highest priority for us. If you are not completely content with the treatment, please let us know during your visit or within 24 hours. We are committed to making   any needed corrections and if there was a fault on our side, to provide you with a fix or correction. (corrections are usually accommodated within 7 days from the initial service – unfortunately, we do not honour corrections if you reschedule beyond this time).    

Health History   

Knowing the health history of our clients is an important factor in delivering a safe and comfortable experience, as well as a satisfying result. Sometimes even the smallest changes in the body chemistry can affect the results of the treatment. Hence, we politely ask our clients to always inform our beauticians of their allergies, physical issues, taken medications and/or pregnancy. We do not take responsibility for the treatment outcome if a client has deliberately withheld any information on health problems.  

The Right To Refuse Service

Please mind that under given circumstances, our team members may refuse service. We can do so if the person in question:

  • Is under the age of 16 (for selected services).
  • Has health issues that may affect or be affected by the service.
  • Has purposely hidden information of crucial meaning to the service.
  • Did not show up for their last appointment and/or cancelled it too late (see more in the   “No-Show” and “Late cancellation” sections of the policy).
  • Behaves improperly and/or is intoxicated.

Child Policy

Due to current circumstances (COVID-19) and safety reasons, our salon has an adult-only policy. No children are permitted in the salon under no circumstances.    

Pet Policy

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, our salon strictly prohibits pets, except for assistance animals.  

Mobile Phone Policy

Please, do not use mobile devices during your service. The client takes responsibility for all disruptions caused by going against this rule.
